This is a great charger to have on hand to charge passenger phones that you don't want hooked into your CarPlay. You need a charging cord to plug into this charger obviously. However, the charger itself takes up minimal space in my center console. I just get it out and plug it into my lighter slot when a passenger needs a charge.
