Order Processing and Shipping Time

Order Processing Time:
Except for force majeure situations, we will ship within 2 business days. If your product cannot be delivered within 3-5 business days, you will see a delivery time notice on the product page before purchase. -
Shipping Time:
Depending on the product you purchase and your location, shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days (for Free shipping). If you choose VIP Delivery Service, shipping time will be 1 to 3 business days.
Cancel or Change an Order
- If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in shipping delays.
- We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations for special orders or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to arrange a return once you have received the shipment.
Delivery
